I’d love to see more examples or best practices for how operations teams can build capabilities in areas like automated provisioning, real-time monitoring, and cross-team knowledge sharing, because those are the areas where DevOps really changes the game in practice. Overall, it’s an important reminder that DevOps isn’t just a development initiative, but a cultural evolution that empowers operations to contribute more strategically to software delivery success.
